数字化情境下传统制造业企业如何实现商业模式创新?——基于星星冷链的案例研究

【摘要】 基于商业模式概念框架,采用描述性单案例研究方法,以星星冷链为研究对象,研究数字化情境下企业如何通过数字化能力的支持实现商业模式创新。结果显示:数字化情境下,传统制造业企业商业模式创新主要受到技术发展、市场需求变化两方面的驱动,衍生了新商业模式——数字化新零售商业模式。企业构建出覆盖全品类的价值网络,实现各利益方的数字化协同合作,价值获取从用户产品价值变为“产品+服务”体验价值。数字经济不仅是商业模式创新的前置影响因素,企业数字化能力更是企业实现商业模式创新的能力支持。在对传统制造业企业商业模式创新进行分析的同时,剖析数字化环境和数字化能力在其中的影响与驱动作用,对传统制造业企业适应时代,保持竞争优势实现持续发展有一定的实践意义。

【Abstract】 Based on the conceptual framework of business models,a descriptive single case study method is adopted,with the Star Cold Chain as the research object,to explore the process of enterprises relying on digital capabilities to achieve business model innovation in the digital context.Research shows that in the digital context,the innovation of traditional manufacturing enterprises’ business models is mainly driven by technological development and changes in market demand,resulting in a new business model-the digital new retail business model.Enterprises have built a value network covering all categories,achieving digital collaborative cooperation among various stakeholders,and transforming value acquisition from user product value to "product+service" experiential value.The digital economy is not only a pre-influencing factor for business model innovation,but also a support for enterprises’ digital capabilities to achieve business model innovation.This study not only analyzes the innovation of business models in traditional manufacturing enterprises,but also analyzes the impact and driving role of digital environment and digital capabilities.It has certain practical significance for traditional manufacturing enterprises to adapt to the digital context and achieve business model innovation.
