【摘要】 “双碳”目标的推进需要强有力的金融支持。基于中国274个地级以上城市面板数据，通过构建动态空间杜宾模型，实证检验了数字普惠金融对城市碳排放及其空间溢出的影响效应和传导机制。研究发现：首先，数字普惠金融不仅降低了本地区碳排放污染水平，而且显著促进了邻近地区城市碳减排，且随着普惠金融覆盖广度与使用深度的推进，对应碳减排效应逐渐增强。其次，东中部地区，环境规制水平和市场化程度更高的城市具备更强的碳减排效应，且随着地理空间延伸，数字普惠金融对邻近地区碳排放的减排效应逐渐衰减，1000～1500km为最强作用区间。再次，数字普惠金融主要通过提高我国绿色融资水平促进城市碳变化。最后，数字普惠金融强化了产业结构升级和科技创新的碳减排效应。研究结论对于推进绿色金融包容性增长，实现区域协同减排具有重要启示意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The promotion of the “dual carbon” goal requires strong financial support. This article is based on panel data from 274 cities at or above the prefecture level in China, and empirically tests the impact and transmission mechanism of digital inclusive finance on urban carbon emissions and their spatial spillovers by constructing a dynamic spatial Durbin model.The results are as below. Firstly, digital inclusive finance not only reduces the level of carbon emissions and pollution in the local area, but also significantly promotes carbon reduction in nearby cities. With the promotion of the breadth and depth of inclusive finance coverage, the corresponding carbon reduction effect gradually strengthens. Secondly, digital inclusive finance has a stronger carbon reduction effect in cities with stronger environmental regulations and higher marketization levels in the eastern and central regions. And with the extension of geographical space, the emission reduction effect of digital inclusive finance on carbon emissions in nearby areas is gradually decreasing, with the strongest effect range being 1000-1500km. Once again, digital inclusive finance mainly promotes urban carbon reduction by improving China’s green financing level. Finally, digital inclusive finance has strengthened the carbon reduction effect of industrial structure upgrading and technological innovation.
