纳米TiO2乳化沥青雾封层的净化性能研究
Study on purification performance of nano-TiO2 emulsified asphalt fog seal layer
【摘要】 制备了TiO2改性乳化沥青并对其雾封层室内净化效果和工程应用性进行测试。结果表明:在120 min内,喷洒量为0.3、0.4 kg/m2的纳米TiO2乳化沥青雾封层对NO2的降解率均大于60%;对汽车尾气中的CO、NO和碳氢化合物(HC)有明显的降解作用,喷洒量为0.3 kg/m2时降解效率更高,在前30 min内NO的降解率可达92.7%。在工程实例中,与原路面相比,雾封层后的路面空气污染物中颗粒物(PM2.5和PM10)、SO2以及CO等气体浓度基本呈下降趋势,而O3浓度则呈上升趋势,且每天的交通量和气温对降解效率影响较大。
【Abstract】 In this paper,TiO2 modified emulsified asphalt was prepared and its indoor purification effect on the fog seal layer and engineering application were tested.The results showed that the degradation rate of NO2 of nano-TiO2 emulsified asphalt fog seal layer with spraying amount of 0.3 kg/m2 and 0.4 kg/m2 could reach more than 60% within 120 min.It has obvious degradation effect on CO,NO and HC in automobile exhaust.When the spraying amount is 0.3 kg/m2,the degradation efficiency is higher,and the degradation rate of NO can reach 92.7% in the first 30 min.In the engineering example,compared with the original pavement,the air pollutants in the pavement after the fog sealing layer,such as particulate matter(PM2.5 and PM10),SO2 and CO,showed a basic downward trend,while ozone showed an upward trend,and the daily traffic volume and temperature also had a great impact on the degradation efficiency.
