【Abstract】 Patent foramen ovale(PFO) is a common cardiac structural abnormality in clinical practice. The occurrence of syncope is one of its main clinical symptoms. At present, the etiology and mechanism of PFO combined with syncope are not clear. This article reviews the literatures about the etiology and possible pathogenesis of PFO combined with syncope to provide reference and basis for the diagnosis and treatment strategies of PFO combined with syncope in clinical practice.更多还原
