弱酸性体系下PA捕收剂浮选分离稀土-萤石的研究

【摘要】 邻苯二甲酸(PA)在弱酸性体系下可以实现稀土-萤石的高效分离,在硫酸用量1.8 kg/t、抑制剂水玻璃用量2.1 kg/t、捕收剂邻苯二甲酸(PA)用量2.4 kg/t的药剂制度下经一粗-三精-两扫-中矿逐级返回的闭路试验,获得CaF2品位95.23%、回收率84.19%的萤石精矿。合理的捕收剂和矿浆酸碱度是实现萤石、稀土连续浮选的关健,可以提高白云鄂博矿资源的利用率。

【Abstract】 Phthalic acid(PA) can separate rare earth from fluorite efficiently in weak acid system. Under the condition of sulfuric acid dosage of 1.8 kg/t, inhibitor sodium silicate dosage of 2.1 kg/t and phthalic acid dosage of 2.4 kg/t, fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 95.23% and its recovery rate of 84.19% were obtained by closed-circuit test in a way of “one roughing-three refining-two scavenging middling”. Reasonable collector and pulp pH are the key to realize continuous flotation of fluorite and rare earth, which can improve the utilization rate of Baiyun Obo ore resources.
