【摘要】 为解决现有节粮型地方特色蛋鸡品种存在的耗料多、产蛋量低等问题,满足产业发展需要。该研究利用我国地方鸡资源和高产蛋鸡素材,通过配合力测定、疫病净化、分子检测技术、随机回归模型分析等育种方法,经过5个世代以上的系统选育,培育出苏禽6号蛋鸡配套系。父母代种鸡和商品代鸡均产符合传统消费习惯的粉壳蛋,父母代种鸡产蛋率较高、蛋重适中,商品代鸡72周龄产蛋数(HH) 272.3个、 43周龄蛋重50.7 g、蛋黄比率33.4%、产蛋期料蛋比2.26∶1、个蛋耗料量113 g,是目前个蛋耗料较低的蛋鸡品种之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is in order to solve the problem of the existing breeds of grain saving layers with local characteristics such as high feed consumption and low egg production, and meet the need of poultry industrial development. In the current study, using local chicken resources in China and high-yielding layer, combining ability determination, disease purification, molecular detection,random regression model analysis and other breeding methods through systematical breeding of more than 5 generations, Suqin No.6 layer have been bred. Both the parents and the commercial generation chickens lay pink eggs meeting traditional consumer demand. The parents have the characteristics of high laying rate and moderate egg weight. For commercial hens, the egg production in 72 weeks of age is 272.3(HH), the egg weight at 43 weeks of age is 50.7 g, the yolk percentage is 33.4 %, the feed-egg ratio during the laying period was 2.26:1, and the feed consumption per egg was 113 g. Suqin No. 6 layer is one of the layers which have low feed consumption per egg.更多还原
