【摘要】 湘沙猪配套系是以原产湖南湘潭的地方品种沙子岭猪、美国巴克夏猪和美国大白猪为育种素材培育的优质瘦肉型猪配套系。在湘沙猪配套系的培育过程中,笔者所在团队开展了12个杂交组合筛选,确定了以沙子岭猪为母系母本、巴克夏猪为母系父本、大白猪为终端父本的优势杂交组合;通过对3个亲本5个世代的持续选育,形成了3个各具特色的专门化品系,并对3个专门化品系在配套系生产中的位置进行了特殊配合力测定,配合力测定的结果再一次验证了优势杂交组合;同时采取边选育边推广的方式,建立三系配套繁育体系,扩群生产。2020年,湘沙猪配套系通过国家审定,获畜禽新品种证书。该文介绍了湘沙猪配套系选育背景、选育过程、选育方法和技术创新,总结了湘沙猪配套系选育推广和产业开发经验,以期为我国地方猪种资源利用和新品种(配套系)培育提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Xiangsha pig complete set line is a high-quality lean set line bred from the local breeds of Shaziling pig, Berkshire,and Yorkshire, native to Xiangtan, Hunan Province, China. In the complete set line of the Xiangsha pig complete set line, the author team carried out 12 hybrid combinations screening, and identified the advantageous hybrid combinations with the Shaziling pig as the female parent, Berkshire as the female parent, and Yorkshire as the terminal parent; through the continuous selection and breeding of the three parents for five generations, three specialized lines with their characteristics were formed, and the position of the three specialized lines in the production of the complete set line was carried out. In 2020, the Xiangsha pig complete set line passed the national validation and was awarded the certificate of new livestock and poultry breeds.This paper introduces the background,breeding process, breeding methods, and technological innovations of the Xiangsha pig crossbred line, summarizing the experiences of selective breeding, as well as industrial development and promotion, aiming to provide a reference for the utilization of local pig breed resources and the cultivation of new breeds(crossbred lines) in China.更多还原
