【摘要】 随着水产食品安全日益受到社会关注，我国水产养殖用药的管控也日趋严格和规范，但仍存在水产品兽药残留超标现象，最大残留限量标准和检测方法标准偶有缺失。本文从全球渔业水产养殖总产量、水产动物批准使用的兽药及应用、水产食品动物中兽药残留标准、水产动物兽药残留现状以及相关问题的分析和建议进行综述，以期为养殖企业规范用药、监管部门政策的制定、科研机构水产食品安全研究的开展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increasing attention to food safety in aquatic products, the control and regulation of drugs used in aquaculture in China have become increasingly strict and standardized. However, there are still cases of excessive veterinary drug residues in aquatic products, and there are occasional deficiencies in maximum residue limit standards and testing method standards. This article is a comprehensive review of the global total production of fisheries and aquaculture, of approved veterinary drugs and their applications in aquatic animals, of standards for veterinary drug residues in aquatic food animals, and of the current status of veterinary drug residues in aquatic animals, and of other related issues. The aim is to provide reference for regulating drug use in aquaculture enterprises, for formulating policies for regulatory authorities, and for future research on aquatic food safety in scientific institutions.更多还原
