【摘要】 目的 探讨稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）患者疲劳现状及其与照顾者负担的相关性。方法 2023年11月～2024年4月，采用便利抽样法选取衡阳市4所社区卫生服务中心的稳定期COPD患者与照顾者各300例为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、曼彻斯特COPD疲劳量表、焦虑自评量表、中文版Zarit照顾者负担量表进行问卷调查。结果 稳定期COPD患者疲劳得分28.66±6.57分，照顾者负担得分41.62±8.50分。多元线性回归分析显示，年龄、BMI、焦虑、肺功能和6分钟步行试验距离是稳定期COPD患者疲劳的影响因素（P<0.05）；相关性分析显示，稳定期COPD患者疲劳与照顾者负担呈正相关（r=0.488,P<0.001）。结论 稳定期COPD患者疲劳处于中度水平，且与照顾者负担具有相关性。因此，医护人员应重视评估COPD患者的疲劳症状，关注照顾者在疾病管理中的积极作用，针对性地制定个性化干预方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current status of fatigue in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and its correlation with caregiver burden. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 300 cases each of stable COPD patients and caregivers from four community in Hengyang as study subjects, and a questionnaire survey was conducted by the general information questionnaire, Manchester COPD fatigue scale, self-rating anxiety scale, and Chinese version of Zarit caregiver burden interview. Results The fatigue score of the stable COPD patients was 28.66±6.57, and the caregiver burden score was 41.62±8.50. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, BMI, anxiety,pulmonary function and 6-minute walk test distance were infiuential factors for fatigue in stable COPD patients(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that fatigue in stable COPD patients was positively correlated with caregiver burden(r=0.488, P<0.001). Conclusion Fatigue in patients with stable COPD is at a moderate level and positively correlated with caregiver burden.Therefore, medical workers should pay attention to assess the fatigue symptom of COPD patients, focus on the positive role of caregivers in disease management, formulate personalized intervention programs.更多还原
