【摘要】 目的 探讨在精神分裂症患者中应用生活契合式社交技能训练护理模式的价值。方法 选取2022年9月～2023年9月在江苏省扬州市精神卫生防治中心住院的85例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。通过随机数字表法分为对照组42例、干预组43例。对照组接受常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上结合生活契合式社交技能训练护理模式，所有纳入的患者均接受为期12周的护理干预。在干预前后，通过阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）对患者精神表现进行评价；采用汉密尔顿焦虑症量表（HAMA）和汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）对患者情绪状态进行评价；使用个人与社会表现量表（PSP）对患者社会功能进行评价；使用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI-74）对患者生命质量进行评价；使用外显攻击行为量表（MOAS）对患者危险行为进行评价。结果 与干预前相比，干预后，两组患者PANSS评分均呈下降趋势，且干预组较对照组更低，两组患者HAMA、HAMD评分均呈下降趋势，且干预组较对照组更低，两组社会功能各维度评分均呈上升趋势，且干预组较对照组更高，两组患者生活质量各维度评分均呈上升趋势，且干预组较对照组更高，两组患者危险行为各维度评分均呈下降趋势，且干预组较对照组更低，以上数据组间差异明显，均有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论 对精神分裂症患者采用生活契合式社交技能训练护理模式有利于减轻其精神症状，调整其心理状态，提高其社会功能及生活质量，并减轻危险行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of applying a life fit social skills training nursing model in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 85patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Yangzhou Mental Health Prevention and Control Center in Jiangsu Province from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects. Divided into a control group of 42 cases and an intervention group of 43 cases using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing care, while the intervention group received a lifestyle fit social skills training nursing model in addition to routine nursing care. All included patients received a 12 week nursing intervention. Before and after intervention, patients’ mental performance was evaluated using the positive and negative syndrome(PANSS). Evaluate the emotional state of patients using the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD). Evaluate patients’ social functioning using the personal and social performance scale(PSP). Use the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74) to evaluate the quality of life of patients. Evaluate patients’ risky behaviors using the modified overt aggression scale(MOAS). Results Compared with before intervention, after intervention, the PANSS scores of both groups of patients showed a downward trend, and the intervention group was lower than the control group. The HAMA and HAMD scores of both groups of patients showed a downward trend, and the intervention group was lower than the control group. The scores of various dimensions of social function in both groups showed an upward trend, and the intervention group was higher than the control group. The scores of various dimensions of quality of life in both groups of patients showed an upward trend, and the intervention group was higher than the control group. The scores of various dimensions of dangerous behavior in both groups showed a downward trend, and the intervention group was lower than the control group. The differences between the above data groups were significant, and all had statistical significance, with P<0.05. Conclusion Adopting a life fit social skills training nursing model for patients with schizophrenia is beneficial in alleviating their mental symptoms, adjusting their psychological state, improving their social function and quality of life, and reducing risky behaviors.更多还原
