【摘要】 目的 探究在维持性血液透析患者中采用积极心理干预的应用价值。方法 于2024年1月～2024年5月选取在本院进行维持性血液透析患者80例，应用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均接受常规护理干预，观察组在此基础上加入积极心理干预，比较两组干预前后的焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、疾病获益感评分、护理满意度、生活质量评分。正态计量资料采用t检验，计数资料采用x~2检验。结果 观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组疾病获益感评分以及护理满意度显著高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 经实施积极的心理干预措施，可有效改善患者的心理状态，增强其获益感的感知，提升生活质量，并提高患者对血液透析治疗的满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of positive psychological intervention in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods From January 2024 to May 2024, 80 patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method. Patients in both groups received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was added with positive psychological intervention on the basis of this, and the results before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) score, self-rating depression scale(SDS) score, disease benefit score, nursing satisfaction score, quality of life score. T test was used for normal measurement data and x~2 test was used for counting data. Results The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). The scores of disease benefit and nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The life quality score of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of positive psychological intervention measures can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, enhance their sense of benefit, improve the quality of life, and improve the satisfaction of patients with hemodialysis treatment.更多还原
