【摘要】 目的 探究积极心理资本影响大学生获得感的作用机制，重点是疏离感和生命意义感的链式中介作用。方法 采用简单随机抽样方法，于2021年4月～5月使用积极心理资本量表、疏离感量表、生命意义感量表和获得感量表对672名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果积极心理资本与疏离感呈显著负相关（r=-0.552,P<0.001），与生命意义感和获得感呈显著正相关（r=0.625,P<0.001;r=0.586,P<0.001）；疏离感与生命意义感和获得感呈显著负相关（r=-0.406,P<0.001;r=-0.505,P<0.001）；生命意义感与获得感呈显著正相关（r=0.597,P<0.001）。大学生的积极心理资本既可以直接影响其获得感（β=0.280,P<0.001），也可以分别通过疏离感和生命意义感的单独中介作用（95%Cl [0.106,0.198];95%Cl [0.182,0.310]）和链式中介作用（95%CI [0.003,0.042]）间接影响其获得感。结论疏离感和生命意义感在大学生的积极心理资本影响其获得感的关系中，既发挥单独中介作用，又发挥链式中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the role mechanism of positive psychological capital’s effects on college students’ sense of gain, focusing on the chain mediating role of alienation and sense of life meaning. Methods A simple random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 672 college students from April to May 2021, using the positive psychological capital scale, dissociation scale, meaning of life scale, and sense of achievement scale. Results Positive psychological capital showed significant negative correlation with the sense of alienation(r=-0.552,P<0.001), and significant positive correlations with the sense of life meaning and the sense of gain(r=0.625, P<0.001; r=0.586, P<0.001). The sense of alienation showed significant negative correlations with the sense of life meaning and the sense of gain(r=-0.406, P<0.001; r=-0.505,P<0.001).The sense of life meaning showed significant positive correlation with the sense of gain(r=0.597, P<0.001). The positive psychological capital of college students could either directly affect their sense of gain(β=0.280, P<0.001), or indirectly affect their sense of gain through the separate mediating effects(95%Cl[0.106, 0.198]; 95%Cl[0.182, 0.310]) and the chain mediating effect of the sense of alienation, and the sense of life meaning, respectively(95%CI [ 0.003, 0.042 ]). Conclusion The sense of alienation and the sense of life meaning play both the role of separate and chain mediating between the effect of positive psychological capital on their sense of gain.更多还原
