【摘要】 目的 了解热性惊厥儿童照顾者出院准备度现状，并分析其影响因素。方法 采用方便抽样法，选取2021年2月～2022年6月158例热性惊厥儿童照顾者进行调查，并分析照顾者出院准备度得分的影响因素。采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表、出院指导质量量表进行调查。结果 热性惊厥儿童照顾者出院准备度总分173.57±31.74分，条目均分5.99±1.09分；出院指导质量总分为150.25±33.76分，条目均分为6.26±1.41分；单因素方差分析结果显示照顾者情况、惊厥发作时间、照顾者文化程度、家庭月收入、你是否为孩子的回家做好了准备等方面有显著差异（P<0.05）；多元回归分析结果显示：父母作为照顾者其出院准备度较高，儿童惊厥发作次数、照顾者文化水平、家庭月收入、出院指导质量，以及照顾者是否为孩子回家做好了准备与出院准备度成正相关，是影响照顾者出院准备度得分的独立因素（P<0.05）。结论 热性惊厥儿童照顾者出院准备情况处于中低水平，受多方面因素影响，医护人员应根据热性惊厥儿童照顾者的具体情况，给予个性化的出院指导以提高出院准备度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status quo of hospital readiness of caregivers of children with febrile convulsion and analyze its influencing factors. Methods 158 caregivers of children with febrile convulsion from February 2021 to June 2022 were investigated by convenience sampling method. The general data questionnaire, discharge preparation scale and discharge guidance quality scale were used. Results The total score of hospital readiness of the caregivers of children with febrile convulsion was 173.57±31.74, and the average score of items was 5.99±1.09. The total score of discharge guidance quality was 150.25±33.76 and the average score of items was 6.26±1.41. The results of one-way ANOVA showed significant differences in caregiver status, seizure onset time, caregiver’s education level, monthly family income, and whether you are prepared for your child’s return home(P<0.05); results of multiple regression analysis showed that parents as caregivers had higher hospital readiness, the number of convulsions, the caregiver’s education level, the monthly family income, the quality of discharge instruction, and whether the caregiver was prepared for the child’s return home were positively correlated with the degree of hospital readiness, it was an independent factor that influenced caregiver’s discharge readiness score(P<0.05). Conclusion The discharge readiness of child caregivers with febrile convulsion is at a low level, which is affected by many factors. Medical staff should give personalized discharge guidance according to the specific situation of child caregivers with febrile convulsion to improve the discharge readiness.更多还原
