医学生学业拖延现状及干预对策研究
Study on the current situation of medical students’ academic procrastination and its intervention countermeasure
【摘要】 目的 了解并分析江苏某高校医学生的学业拖延现状,提出针对性建议。方法 本研究采取整群抽样的方法,使用学业拖延量表(PASS)对1 171名医学生的学业拖延现状进行调查统计,探究医学生拖延情况以及在各项学业任务上的拖延程度。结果 1 171名医学生中有432名存在拖延行为,学业拖延发生率在36.89%,全部学生的学业拖延平均分为30.52±10.32分。严重拖延的人数比例在11.53%~18.87%之间;拖延已经成为严重问题的人数比例在15.46%~27.75%之间;比较强烈想改变拖延行为的人数比例在40.39%~57.73%之间。单因素方差分析显示,不同性别、专业、户籍所在地、是否为学生干部这些变量的学业拖延情况无显著性差异(P>0.05);不同年级和学业成绩排名的学业拖延情况对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 针对医学生的学业拖延现状提出针对性的建议,以此改善学生的学业拖延。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand and analyze the current situation of academic procrastination of medical students in a university in Jiangsu province, and put forward effective suggestions. Methods In this study, a cluster sampling method was used to investigate the current situation of academic procrastination of 1 171 medical students by using the procrastination assessment scale-students(PASS), to explore the procrastination situation of medical students and the degree of procrastination in various academic tasks. Results Among the 1 171 medical students, 432 had procrastination behavior, the incidence of academic procrastination was 36.89%, and the average score of all students’ academic procrastination was 30.52±10.32. The proportion of serious procrastinators ranged from 11.53% to 18.87%. The proportion of people whose procrastination has become a serious problem ranges from 15.46% to 27.75%. The proportion of people who strongly want to change their procrastination behavior ranges from 40.39% to 57.73%. Univariate analysis of variance showed that there was no significant difference between gender, major, household registration,student cadre or not(P>0.05). There were significant differences in academic procrastination among different grades and academic achievement rankings(P<0.05). Conclusion According to the current situation of medical students’ academic procrastination, this paper puts forward specific suggestions to improve students’ academic procrastination.
