青少年手机使用与学业发展的关系
The Relation between Adolescents’ Smartphone Use and Academic Development
【摘要】 手机在数字时代已经成为青少年生活中不可或缺的部分,现有研究主要关注手机对青少年发展、尤其是学业发展的不利影响。本研究整合了关于青少年手机使用影响其学业发展的积极和消极两方面证据,探讨二者之间的关系及复杂作用机制,并从使用场合和时间、使用内容与平台、自我管理能力与使用心态以及现实与虚拟结合这四个方面给出对应教育建议,探究如何在教育实践中引导青少年合理使用手机并提升其学业表现。
【Abstract】 In the digital era, the prevalence of smartphone use in children and adolescents is increasingly being recognized. However, existing research predominantly focuses on the detrimental effects of smartphone use on adolescents’ development, particularly in academic contexts. This study seeks to integrate both positive and negative evidence regarding the impact of smartphone use on adolescents’ academic development,exploring the relationship and intricate mechanisms between the two aspects. The research provides corresponding educational implications for smartphone use in four dimensions: context and time, content and platform, self-management skills and usage mindset, and the integration of reality and virtuality. It aims to investigate how to guide adolescents in the rational use of smartphones and promote their academic performance within educational practices.
