【摘要】 目的 探讨止痒外阴膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏对外阴硬化性苔藓(VLS)患者外阴皮肤状况及皮损组织T淋巴细胞分泌的影响。方法 选取2023年1月至6月石家庄市中医院收治的70例VLS患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，每组35例。对照组采用糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合止痒外阴膏治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疾病严重程度、健康调查量表36(SF-36)评分、外阴疼痛程度、皮损部位T淋巴细胞水平、不良反应发生率。结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后、停药后3和6个月，两组疾病严重程度、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、CD4~+、CD57~+水平均依次降低，且研究组均低于对照组，两组SF-36评分依次升高，且研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 止痒外阴膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏能够有效缓解VLS患者外阴瘙痒、疼痛等症状，减少炎症反应，提高患者生活质量，临床疗效较好，且不良反应较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impacts of Zhiyang Waiyin Ointment combined with mometasone furoate cream on the vulvar skin condition and the secretion of T lymphocytes in the lesion tissue of patients with vulvar lichen sclerosus(VLS). Methods A total of 70 VLS patients admitted to Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January tto June 2023 were collected as the research objects. They were randomly assigned into a control group and a study group using random number table method with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with mometasone furoate cream, and the study group was treated with Zhiyang Waiyin Ointment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, disease severity, medical outcomes study 36-item short from health survey(SF-36) score, degree of external pain, T lymphocyte level in skin lesions, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared in the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment and 3 and 6 months after discontinuation, the disease severity, visual analogue scale(VAS) score, CD4~+ and CD57~+ levels in both groups decreased sequentially with those in the study group being lower than those in the control group, and the SF-36 score in both groups increased sequentially with that in the study group being higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions The combination of Zhiyang Waiyin Ointment and mometasone furoate cream can effectively alleviate symptoms such as vulvar itching and pain in VLS patients, reduce inflammatory reactions, and improve quality of life, with good clinical efficacy and fewer adverse reactions.更多还原
