【摘要】 以Chat GPT为代表的人工智能在推动社会发展的同时，也给个人、社会、政府和国家带来了伦理困境。儒家重视伦理问题，坚持人禽之别的血缘伦理、责任意识的社会伦理、忠信节义的政治伦理及使命意识的国家伦理的伦理原则。因此，应继承和发扬中华优秀传统文化，坚持以天人合一思想保障人类安全和主体性，以重义轻利思想保障劳动者的权益，以尊礼崇仁思想消除数据泄露的行为并提升政府公信力，以教化思想维护国家意识形态安全，推动人类同人工智能的良性互动与协同发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Artificial Intelligence,represented by Chat GPT,brings ethical dilemmas to individuals,societies,governments and nations while promoting social development.Confucianism attaches importance to ethical issues and adheres to the ethical principles of blood ethics of the difference between human and fowl,social ethics of responsibility consciousness,political ethics of loyalty,trust and righteousness,and state ethics of mission consciousness.Therefore,we should adhere to the idea of unity of heaven and man to safeguard human security and subjectivity;the idea of righteousness rather than profit to protect the rights and interests of workers;the idea of respecting rites and respecting benevolence to eliminate data leakage and to enhance the credibility of the government;and the idea of the family’s indoctrination to safeguard the national ideological security with a view to the benign interaction and synergistic development of human beings and AI.更多还原
