【摘要】 平台资本主义改变已有的劳动形态，赋予生产劳动以新的规范。离散的劳资关系、自由的劳动时间以及开放的劳动空间使得平台劳动相较于传统劳动在形式上更符合自由劳动的要求。但是，在资本逻辑的统摄下，这种“自由劳动”只能是一种伪像。在这一伪像下，劳动者陷入主体降格、主体迷失及主体过剩等新的主体困境，劳动者逐渐沦为一种主动增殖的资本工具。若要摆脱这一主体困境，就必须立足于马克思的自由劳动思想，基于劳动逻辑和共产主义实践打破平台劳动的自由幻象，实现劳动者的主体复归和主体解放。更多还原

【Abstract】 Platform capitalism changes the existing form of labor and gives new labor norms to productive labor. The discrete labor-capital relationship, free working hours and open working space make platform labor more formally in line with the requirements of free labor than traditional labor, but under the domination of the logic of capital, this kind of“free labor” can only be an illusion. Under this illusion, laborers are trapped in a new subjective dilemma, and they are gradually reduced to a tool of capital that actively proliferates, further hindering the return of free labor.
