【Abstract】 The new era and new journey have posed new cultural missions for colleges and universities, and an important mission they are faced with now is to learn and carry out Xi Jinping’s cultural thought in cultural education. Therefore, they should fully understand the whole logical path of strengthening cultural leadership in fundamental adherence, action guideline, value orientation, and practical principles.
