【摘要】 数字化智能制造产业的不断升级发展，意味着未来生产劳动中将会出现越来越多的数字化、智能化、虚拟化数字劳动，但这并未引发研究者对数字劳动教育的广泛关注，导致鲜有研究从全局视角探究数字劳动教育的优化路径，而活动理论的引入为此研究提供了可能。基于此，文章首先阐述数字劳动、数字劳动教育与数字化劳动教育的相关理论，梳理数字劳动教育在高校层面的实践情况；然后，文章基于全国高校劳动教育实施推进情况的研究成果，分析了80所高校的劳动教育实施方案相关数据，透视高校数字劳动教育的发展问题；最后，文章基于活动理论与数字劳动人才培养机制的耦合关系，提出了高校数字劳动教育的优化路径，即形成面向数字资源创生的育人平台、建立面向个性教育指导的育人规制、构成面向师资群体演进的育人主体、实现面向教育价值形塑的育人生态，以期为教育数字化转型发展与数字劳动教育育人实践提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The continuous upgrading and development of digital intelligent manufacturing industry means that there will be more and more digital, intelligent and virtual digital labor in the future production labor, which has not yet garnered widespread attention from researchers regarding digital labor education. This results in that few studies exploring the optimization path of digital labor education from a global perspective, and the introduction of activity theory provides the possibility for this research. Based on this, the paper firstly elaborated on the relevant theories and practical situations of digital labor education in universities and combed the practice of digital labor education in universities nationwide. Then, based on the research results of the implementation and promotion of labor education in colleges and universities, this paper analyzed the relevant data of labor education implementation plans in 80 universities, and cleared up the development issues of digital labor education in universities. Finally, based on the coupling relationship between activity theory and the mechanism of cultivating digital labor talents, the paper proposed an optimization path for digital labor education in universities, which was to form an education platform oriented towards the creation of digital resources, build education regulations oriented towards personalized education guidance,constitute an education subject oriented towards the evolution of teacher groups, and realize education ecology oriented towards the shaping of educational values, in order to provide reference for the digital transformation and development of education and the practice of digital labor education.更多还原
