C5石油树脂用量对天然橡胶胶料性能的影响

【摘要】 研究C5石油树脂用量对天然橡胶(NR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:随着C5石油树脂用量的增大,NR胶料的邵尔A型硬度、定伸应力、拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和交联密度减小,但加入40份C5石油树脂的NR胶料的拉断伸长率仍达654%,表明其弹性仍较好;加入C5石油树脂的NR胶料的损耗因子(tanδ)-温度曲线仅出现单个损耗峰,即C5石油树脂与NR的相容性好;随着C5石油树脂用量的增大,NR胶料的tanδ峰值减小,玻璃化温度向高温方向移动,有效阻尼温域拓宽,阻尼性能明显提升;未加入C5石油树脂的NR胶料的断面较为粗糙,加入C5石油树脂的NR胶料的断面较平滑。

【Abstract】 The effect of C5 petroleum resin dosage on the properties of natural rubber(NR) compounds was studied.The results showed that,with the increase of C5 petroleum resin dosage,the Shore A hardness,tensile strength,elongation at break and crosslinking density of NR compound decreased,but the elongation at break of NR compound with 40 phr of C5 petroleum resin still reached 654%,indicating that its elasticity remained good.The tanδ-temperature curve of NR compound with C5 petroleum resin only showed a single loss peak,indicating good compatibility between C5 petroleum resin and NR.With the increase of C5 petroleum resin dosage,the tanδ peak value of NR compound decreased,the glass transition temperature moved towards the higher temperature direction,and the effective damping temperature range was widened,so that the damping property was significantly improved. The cross-section of NR compound without C5 petroleum resin was relatively rough,and the cross-section of NR compound with C5 petroleum resin was smoother.
