【摘要】 目的 探讨青少年(15-20岁)职业适应力和父母职业适应力之间的关系和潜在机制,为研究父、母职业适应力分别对青少年职业抱负和适应力的影响,并为如何发展青少年职业适应力提供参考。方法 通过线上、匿名自愿的方式,对国内两所高中的541名学生进行问卷调查。结果 (1)青少年个体的父、母职业适应力显著正向预测青少年职业抱负和职业适应力;(2)青少年职业抱负在父、母职业适应力和青少年职业适应力之间起中介作用;(3)父、母职业适应力对青少年职业抱负和职业适应力预测上存在交互效应。结论可以通过干预青少年职业抱负及其父母职业适应力能力发展青少年职业适应力能力;父亲的职业适应力也非常重要,当父亲职业适应力低的时候,高母亲职业适应力也不能正向预测青少年的高职业适应力,青少年职业适应力培养不应忽视父亲职业适应力的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship and potential mechanism between career adaptability of adolescents(15-20 years old) and their parents’ career adaptability,so as to study the effects of paternal career adaptability on adolescents’ career aspirations and adaptability,and to provide references for how to develop adolescents’ career adaptability.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted online,anonymously and voluntarily among 541 students from two high schools in China.Results(1) Parents’ career adaptability positively predicted adolescents’ career aspirations and career adaptability;(2) Adolescents’ career aspirations play a mediating role between parents’ career adaptability and adolescents’ career adaptability;(3)The career adaptability of parents has an interactive effect on the prediction of adolescents’ career aspirations and career adaptability.Conclusion The vocational adaptability of adolescents can be developed by intervening their career aspirations and their parents’ career adaptability.Father’s career adaptability is also very important.When fathers career adaptability is low,high mother’s career adaptability cannot positively predict adolescents’ high career adaptability.The influence of father’s career adaptability should not be ignored in the training of adolescents’ career adaptability.更多还原
