校企协同育人“五坊联动”线上线下混合式教学模式的建构——以湖北职业技术学院为例

【摘要】 基于自我决定理论,建构一种校企协同育人“五坊联动”线上线下混合式教学模式。该模式以提升自主感、胜任感和归属感为目标,与企业深度合作,打造“321”智慧学习生态,按照“思政育人引领、岗课赛证融通、课程资源分类、团队教师分工”的课程建设理念,重构课程内容,围绕“课前导学—明任务探新知、课中助学—强重点破难点、课后拓学—深内化促提升”三个阶段开展教学,同时辅以线上线下多元评价,每周评选进步之星与活跃之星,探索增值评价。分析教学数据表明,该教学模式能激发和内化学生学习动机。

【Abstract】 Based on self-determination theory, a "five-workshop synergy" blended teaching model of online and offline integration has been constructed for collaborative education between schools and enterprises. This model aims to enhance students’ autonomy, competence and sense of belonging by deeply collaborating with enterprises, creating a "321" smart learning ecosystem. The curriculum construction philosophy follows the principles of "ideological and political education leadership, integration of job courses, competitions, and certification, classification of course resources and division of labor among team teachers". The content of the courses is restructured, focusing on three phases of instruction: "pre-class guidance-clarifying tasks and exploring new knowledge, in-class assistance-reinforcing key points and breaking through difficult points, post-class expansion-deepening internalization and promoting improvement". In addition, it is supplemented by diverse evaluations both online and offline, with weekly selections of Star of Progress and Star of Activity, exploring value-added evaluation. Analysis of teaching data indicates that this teaching model can stimulate and internalize students’ motivation to learn.
