【摘要】 以孝感市为例，分析了企业目前存在隐性用工成本偏高、用工结构性矛盾、企业员工流失率较高、公共就业服务不够精准等用工成本现状。指出了地方高职院校就业指导工作中存在不重视拓展本地就业市场、与就业工作不够紧密、专业教育与就业工作脱钩以及缺乏就业配套服务体系等问题。提出了联合政府企业打造本地就业信息网、改革就业指导课程、打造新型专业教育模式、完善就业配套服务体系等相应的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking Xiaogan as an example, this paper makes an analysis of the current situation of high hidden labor cost, structural contradiction in employment, high turnover rate of enterprise employees, and lack of precision in public employment services that increase the labor cost of enterprises and points out the problems such as lack of attention to expanding the local employment market, lack of closeness with the work of employment, decoupling of professional education and employment and lack of employment supporting service system that exist in the employment guidance work of the local institutions of higher education.
