【摘要】 目的 观察低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林及寿胎丸加减治疗抗磷脂综合征复发性流产的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年3月至2022年6月我院中医门诊收治的复发性流产女性中抗磷脂抗体阳性患者62例，随机分为观察组和对照组各31例。观察组采用低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林及寿胎丸加减治疗，对照组采用低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林治疗，观察比较两组临床疗效，治疗前后临床证候积分、抗磷脂抗体的转阴情况和妊娠结局。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为87.10%，高于对照组的64.52%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后观察组中医证候积分值显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组抗磷脂抗体转阴率、妊娠成功率均高于照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论低分子肝素钙联合阿司匹林及寿胎丸加减对治疗抗磷脂综合征复发性流产有较好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin and “JiajianShoutaiPilula” in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome.Methods From March 2020 to June 2022, a total of 60 patients with positive antiphospholipid antibody in women with recurrent spontaneous abortion admitted tothe outpatient department of Chinese medicine in our hospital were selected. The patients were randomly divided into observation group control group, with 31 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with low-molecular weight heparin calcium in combination with aspirin and“JiajianShoutaiPilula”, while the control group was treated with low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom scores before and after treatment, negative conversion of antiphospholipid antibodies, and pregnancy outcomes were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 87.10%, which was significantly higher than the 64.52% of the control group(P<0.05). The score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05). The negative conversion rate of antiphospholipid antibodies and success rate of pregnancy in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Low-molecular weight heparin calcium combined with aspirin and “JiajianShoutaiPilula”has a good clinical effect in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion with antiphospholipid syndrome.更多还原
