公立医院党建业务融合发展“五同”机制实证研究
An empirical study on the “five synergies” mechanism of the in-depth integration of party building in public hospitals
【摘要】 党建与业务工作深度融合不仅是基层党组织工作开展的基本要求,也是公立医院高质量发展的根本保障。本研究在把握公立医院党建工作和业务工作内在关系基础上,系统阐述党建业务融合发展的重要性,围绕目标规划、管理体制、人才培养、实践活动、评价机制,构建党建与业务工作同谋划、同部署、同推进、同落实、同考核“五同”工作机制,全方位促进党建业务深度融合,以高质量党建推动医院高质量发展。本文为公立医院党建与业务工作深度融合发展提供了一定可行的实践经验。
【Abstract】 The deep integration of party building and business operations is not only a fundamental requirement for the work of grassroots party organizations but also a fundamental guarantee for the high-quality development of public hospitals. Based on grasping the intrinsic relationship between party building work and business operations in public hospitals, this study systematically elaborates on the importance of integrating party building and business development. It focuses on target planning, management systems, talent cultivation, practical activities, and evaluation mechanisms. It constructs a “Five Synergies” mechanism for integrating party building with business operations, encompassing coordinated planning, deployment, promotion, implementation, and assessment. This comprehensive approach promotes the deep integration of party building and business operations, leveraging high-quality party building to drive the high-quality development of hospitals. This article provides practical experiences for the deep integration and development of party building and business operations in public hospitals.
