【摘要】 目的 构建一套完整的医疗设备使用评价指标体系，提升医院设备管理精细化水平。方法 采用文献分析法、专家咨询法和模糊层次分析法构建了医疗设备评价指标体系指标库。以医院9条内镜为例，通过对2023全年指标数据的获取、计算、赋分等步骤，开展实证分析。结果 构建了一套完整的医疗设备使用评价指标体系，包含4项一级指标和18项二级指标。运用功效系数法，对九条内镜的使用管理及综合能力进行评分和排名，并针对不足提出改进建议。结论 设备使用评价指标体系的运用，可以实现更加高效的设备动态管理机制，促进设备使用管理工作不断完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct a comprehensive evaluation system for medical equipment usage, and enhance the level of hospital equipment management. Methods The evaluation system was constructed using a combination of literature analysis, expert consultation, and fuzzy hierarchical analysis. The example of nine endoscopes was used to conduct empirical analysis through the steps of data acquisition, calculation, and scoring. Results A comprehensive evaluation system for medical equipment usage was constructed,consisting of 4 primary indicators and 18 secondary indicators. Based on the evaluation process, the efficiency of use, management ability,maintenance investment, and overall ability of the nine endoscopes were scored and ranked, and suggestions for improvement were made for areas of deficiency. Conclusion The application of the equipment usage evaluation system can enable a more efficient dynamic management mechanism, and promote the continuous improvement of equipment usage and management.更多还原
