【摘要】 切口保护套是一类采用高分子材料制成的，能够扩展切口术野，保护切口免受损伤的医疗器械，其已被证实可降低在普通腹部手术后发生手术部位感染的风险。为减少剖宫产手术切口并发症，切口保护套在剖宫产手术中的使用也逐渐增多。本文结合国内外的研究综述切口保护套在剖宫产手术中的应用及效果，总结切口保护套在预防手术部位感染的作用，并对切口保护套在剖宫产手术中未来的研究和临床应用提出展望，使切口保护套的使用更加规范。更多还原

【Abstract】 The barrier retractor is a medical device made of high-polymer materials that expands the surgical field and safeguards the incision from potential damage. It has been scientifically proven to effectively reduce the risk of postoperative surgical site infections in general abdominal surgeries. With the aim of minimizing complications associated with cesarean section procedures, the utilization of barrier retractors has been progressively increasing. This comprehensive review incorporates both domestic and international research to examine the application and efficacy of barrier retractors in cesarean section surgeries. It summarizes the preventive role of barrier retractors in surgical site infections and presents a forward-looking perspective on future research and clinical implementation of barrier retractors in cesarean sections.
