【摘要】 目的 了解海南省2019年居民死因顺位前十位疾病及其所造成的疾病负担，为促进海南省居民健康、提高其生命质量、做出有效疾病防控措施提供数据支持。方法 利用2019年全球疾病负担研究数据库中海南省的数据，计算海南省2019年居民的分疾病死亡率、YLL、YLD、DALY等指标，针对前十位死因顺位分析其疾病负担情况。结果 海南省2019年死因顺位前十位中，九种疾病均为慢性非传染性疾病。前十位死因中致使DALY和YLL损失最多的都是中风、缺血性心脏病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病；致使YLD损失最多的疾病是糖尿病、中风、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、阿尔茨海默病和其他痴呆症。其中，YLDs占DALYs的比重由高到低的疾病依次是糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病和其他痴呆症、慢性阻塞性肺疾病；影响海南省人群健康最主要的危险因素是烟草和高血压。结论 针对海南省2019年前十位主要死亡原因和影响因素，建议进一步推进海南省居民糖尿病、阿尔茨海默病的防治干预工作，同时完善吸烟控制的管理措施，以减轻相关疾病的疾病负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the top 10 causes of death and their disease burdens in Hainan Province in 2019, providing data support for promoting residents’ health, improving their quality of life, and formulating effective disease and control measures.Methods Using data from the Global Burden of Disease Study database for 2019 in Hainan Province, the age-standardized mortality rate, years of life lost(YLL), years lived with disability(YLD), and disability-adjusted life years(DALY) for residents in Hainan Province were calculated, and the disease burdens of the top 10 death causes were analyzed. Results Among the top 10causes of death in Hainan Province in 2019, 9 were chronic non-communicable diseases. Stroke, ischemic heart disease, and chronic pulmonary disease(COPD) caused the most DALYs and YLLs among the top 10 causes of death. Diabetes, stroke, COPD,and Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias caused the most YLDs. The proportions of YLDs to DALYs was the highest for diabetes, followed by Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and then COPD. Tobacco use and hypertension were the most important risk factors affecting the residents’ health in Hainan Province. Conclusion Based on the top 10 causes of death and risk factors in Hainan Province in 2019, it is suggested to further promote the prevention and control of diabetes and Alzheimer’s disease among residents of Hainan Province and to strengthen smoking control measures to reduce the burden of related diseases.更多还原
