玉米制品中稀土元素镧(La)测定结果的不确定度评价
Uncertainty analysis of rare earth element lanthanum(La) in corn products
【摘要】 本文采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)法对玉米制品中的镧(La)元素进行测定,并通过数学建模,对所有不确定度来源进行计算,求得相对标准不确定度。测量结果及不确定度表述为本样品中镧(La)元素含量的测量结果及扩展不确定度为(27.9±2.02)μg/kg,k=2。通过计算相对标准不确定度比重可得:本实验相对标准不确定来源主要是由标准曲线配制过程引入的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,lanthanum(La) in corn products was determined by ICP-MS method,and all sources of uncertainty were calculated by mathematical modeling,and the relative standard uncertainty was obtained,and the expanded uncertainty is(27.9±2.02) μg/kg,k=2. By calculating the specific gravity of relative standard uncertainty,it can be concluded that the source of relative standard uncertainty in this experiment is mainly cause by the preparation process of the standard solution that contained in standard curve.
