【Abstract】 There are many types of organic pollutants in food and food contact materials,it has brought many impacts on the environment and consumer health. Mass spectrometry has the characteristics of high sensitivity and speed,and it plays an important role in the field of analysis and detection. This paper mainly introduces the advances of the application of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry in three typical organic pollutants:perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs),bisphenols(BPs) and quaternary ammonium compound(QACs),and looks forward to the future development.更多还原
