建筑物密集区地铁隧道联络通道冻结法施工关键技术研究
Key Techniques for Freezing Method Construction of Subway Tunnel Cross Passage in Dense Building Areas
【摘要】 在城市中心等建筑物密集区域进行地铁隧道建设时,面对软弱土层和富水地层的不良地质情况,冻结法施工是一种有效控制地表变形的技术。以徐州地铁3号线徐-复区间联络通道施工工程为例,对建筑物密集区地铁隧道联络通道冻结法施工的关键技术进行研究。详细介绍冻结方案的设计过程、实施的技术措施,并对冻结效果进行综合分析,结合现场监测数据分析验证冻结方案的合理性。结果表明,冻结帷幕的形成可实现对地表变形的有效控制,所采取的冻结法施工技术措施能够显著减少对环境的影响,为地铁隧道施工提供安全保障。
【Abstract】 In the construction of subways in densely built-up areas such as city centers,where the geological conditions include weak soil layers and water-rich strata,the freezing method is an effective technique for controlling surface deformation.Taking the construction of the cross-passage in the Xuzhou Metro Line 3 between Xuzhou and Fuxu areas as an example,this paper studies the key techniques of the freezing method in subway tunnel crosspassage construction in densely built areas.It provides a detailed description of the design process of the freezing scheme,the technical measures implemented,and a comprehensive analysis of the freezing effect.Combined with an analysis of on-site monitoring data,the rationality of the freezing scheme is verified.The results show that the formation of the frozen curtain can effectively control surface deformation,and the freezing method’s construction techniques significantly reduce the impact on the environment,providing a safety guarantee for subway construction.
