铁锰泥制备多孔复合吸附剂及其对废水中锑的动态吸附研究
Preparation of porous composite adsorbent from iron manganese mud and study on its dynamic adsorption to antimony in wastewater
【摘要】 利用反冲洗铁锰泥和海藻酸钠(SA)制备了一种多孔复合吸附剂ISG,并用于吸附模拟废水中Sb(Ⅲ),探究了不同造孔材料及其添加量对除锑Sb(Ⅲ)性能的影响,并考察了吸附剂填料层高度、模拟废水中Sb(Ⅲ)初始质量浓度、进液流量对动态吸附锑的影响。结果表明,以固体NaHCO3为造孔材料所制备的多孔复合吸附剂ISSG对模拟废水中Sb(Ⅲ)的去除效果最好,适宜条件下ISSG对Sb(Ⅲ)的去除率最高可达98%,且机械强度良好;在一定范围内,吸附剂填料层高度的升高或模拟废水Sb(Ⅲ)初始质量浓度和进液流量的降低都会延长吸附穿透时间;Yoon-Nelson和Thomas模型对吸附穿透曲线拟合良好(R2>0.91),可准确预测穿透时间和饱和吸附量。
【Abstract】 ISG,a kind of porous composite adsorbent, is prepared from iron manganese mud generated in backwashing process and sodium alginate(SA),and used to adsorb Sb(Ⅲ) in simulated wastewater.The influences of different pore-making materials and their dosage on the performance of ISG for antimony removal are explored.The effects of the height of the adsorbent filler layer, the initial mass concentration of Sb(Ⅲ) in simulated wastewater, and the inlet flow of wastewater on the dynamic adsorption of antimony by the adsorbent are investigated.The results show that ISSG,the porous composite adsorbent prepared with solid NaHCO3 as the pore-making material, presents the best effect on the removal of Sb(Ⅲ) in the simulated wastewater.Under suitable conditions, the removal rate of Sb(Ⅲ) by ISSG can reach 98%.ISSG has a good mechanical strength.Within a certain range, the adsorption penetration time will be extended by increasing the height of the adsorbent packing layer or decreasing the initial mass concentration of Sb(Ⅲ) in the simulated wastewater and decreasing the inlet flow rate of wastewater.Both Yoon-Nelson and Thomas models fit the adsorption penetration curve well(R2>0.91),and can accurately predict the penetration time and saturation adsorption amount.
