【摘要】 目的：分析北京市某社区医院高血压处方用药方案及其合理性，为规范药品使用、提高诊疗水平提供依据。方法：通过北京市海淀区蓟门里社区卫生服务中心医院管理信息系统收集2022—2023年抗高血压药物处方1 086张，分析处方中抗高血压药种类、抗高血压治疗方案及合理用药情况。结果：2022—2023年1 086份抗高血压药物处方中使用率排在前三位的降压药物类型分别是钙离子拮抗剂(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体阻滞剂(ARB)、β-受体阻断剂(β-RB)，排在前三位的降压药分别是氨氯地平(28.91%)、硝苯地平(18.88%)、比索洛尔(12.52%)，用药方案排在前三位的是单独用药、二联用药、三联用药。治疗方案排在前三位的是单独使用CCB、单独使用ARB、CCB+ARB联合用药，其中合理处方1 066份(98.16%)，不合理处方20份(1.84%)。结论：2022—2023年北京市海淀区蓟门里社区卫生服务中心的抗高血压药物选择基本合理，需要控制个别药品最大使用日剂量及其不良反应，加强药物监督，严格按照处方标准用药，增强抗高血压用药的安全性与合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the prescription medication regimen for hypertension and its reasonableness in a communityhospital in Beijing, and to provide a basis for standardizing the use of medicines and improving the level of treatment. Methods:One thousand and eighty-six prescriptions for antihypertensive drugs were collected through the hospital information system ofBeijing Haidian District Jimenli Community Health Service Center in 2022-2023, and the types of antihypertensives,antihypertensive treatment regimens, and the rationality of medication use were analyzed in the prescriptions. Results: The topthree antihypertensive drug types with the highest use rates among the one thousand eighty-six antihypertensive drugprescriptions in 2022-2023 were calcium antagonists(CCBs), angiotensin II receptor blockers(ARBs), and beta-blockers(β-RBs), respectively; the top three antihypertensive drugs were amlodipine(28.91%), nifedipine(18.88%), and bisoprolol(12.52%), and the top three dosing regimens were alone, in combination, and in triple combination; the top three treatmentregimens were CCB alone, ARB alone, and CCB+ARB combination, of which one thousand and sixty-six(98.16%) were rationalprescriptions and twenty(1.84%) were irrational prescriptions. Conclusion: The selection of antihypertensive drugs in BeijingHaidian District Jimenli Community Health Service Center in 2022-2023 was basically reasonable, and there is a need to controlthe maximum daily dosage of individual drugs and their adverse reactions, to strengthen the drug supervision, to use drugs in strictaccordance with the prescription standards, and to enhance the safety and reasonableness of antihypertensive medication.更多还原
