【摘要】 目的：探讨循证管理在静脉用药调配中心静脉输液安全质量管理中的应用效果。方法：选取2022年1—6月滨州医学院附属医院静脉用药调配中心配制的809 965张处方作为对照组，将2022年7—12月配制的901 825张处方为观察组，两组均由相同30名工作人员进行药物调配。对照组采用常规管理，观察组采用循证管理。对比两组管理效果。结果：观察组行为规范、质量管理、安全管理、消毒隔离评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组静脉用药调配不良事件总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论：循证管理在静脉用药调配中心静脉输液安全质量管理中的应用效果显著，可提高管理质量，预防与减少不良事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based management in the safety quality management of intravenous infusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture services. Methods: A total of 809 965 prescriptions prepared by the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services of Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the control group. A total of 901 825 prescriptions prepared from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group. In both groups, drugs were dispensed by the same 30 staffs. The control group received routine management, and the observation group received evidence-based management. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The scores of behavioral norm, quality management, safety management, disinfection and isolation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse events of pharmacy intravenous admixture services in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001). Conclusion: The application of evidence-based management in the safety quality management of intravenous infusion in pharmacy intravenous admixture services has a significant effect, and can improve the management quality, prevent and reduce the occurrence of adverse events.更多还原
