【摘要】 目的：分析个体化药学服务在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法：选取2019年1月—2023年3月酒泉市第二人民医院诊疗的2型糖尿病患者80例作为观察对象，随机分为对照组、研究组，各40例。对照组开展常规用药指导，研究组开展个体化药学服务。比较两组合理用药情况、自我管理水平、血糖水平。结果：研究组用法用量合理、药物种类选择合理、按说明书用药、联合用药合理占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后，两组自我管理水平各项评分均高于干预前，且相较于对照组，研究组较高(P<0.05)。干预后，两组血糖水平(餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白)均低于干预前，且相较于对照组，研究组较低(P<0.05)。结论：个体化药学服务在2型糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著，有助于提高患者用药合理性，增强患者自我管理能力，降低血糖水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the application effect of individualized pharmaceutical service in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods: A total of 80 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected for the study.All of them were from the Second People’s Hospital of Jiuquan City.The selection time was from January 2019 to March 2023.They were divided into the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group(by random number table method).The control group received routine medication guidance and the study group received individualized pharmaceutical service.The rational drug use,self-management level and blood glucose level were compared between the two groups.Results:The proportions of reasonable usage and dosage,reasonable selection of drug types, drug use according to the instructions and reasonable combination of drugs in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-management level in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and compared with the control group, the study group was higher(P<0.05).After intervention, the blood glucose levels(2 h postprandial blood glucose,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin)of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and compared with the control group,the study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion: The application of individualized pharmaceutical service in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus has a significant effect,which is helpful to improve the rationality of medication,enhance the self-management ability of patients,and reduce blood glucose levels.更多还原
