【Abstract】 Infectious endophthalmitis is one of the main complications after cataract surgery.Staphylococcus caprae is a rare catalase-positive and coagulase-negative staphylococcus,which is related to systemic infections of human body.This article introduces the diagnosis and treatment process of 1 case of Staphylococcus caprae endophthalmitis after cataract surgery,analyzes the clinical manifestations,explore the prevention and treatment measures,so as to provide the reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
