【Abstract】 The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus is increasing year by year. But due to the low patient compliance and insufficient understanding of the disease, the blood glucose level of patients is not well controlled, causing complications or repeated hospitalizations due to the elevation of blood glucose, which seriously affects the quality of life. It is urgently required to perform effective health management for patients. In order to change this situation, the diabetes management mode of regional medical association with general hospitals as the core emerges. This paper studies several representative regional medical association model for the management of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and proposes the suggestion on the development of regional medical association and the diabetes management mode.更多还原
