【摘要】 目的 采用文献计量分析对艾滋病合并心血管疾病的相关文献进行分析，了解该领域的研究现状、热点与趋势。方法 基于Web of Science核心合集数据，检索了发表于2014-2023年的相关文献并进行文献计量分析，利用VOSviewer软件将结果可视化，从发文情况、期刊分布、高被引论文分析、国际科研合作网络以及关键词聚类等角度进行深入分析。结果 该领域共检索到1 887篇文献，其中108篇来自SinoMed,1 779篇来自Web of Science核心合集。中文文献主要集中于合并心血管疾病的危险因素，血脂异常，彩色多普勒超声的应用等方面。英文文献的总被引频次为28 462，篇均被引频次为16。其中美国发文量最多，国际科研合作网络分析结果显示此领域研究形成了以美国、英国、德国、南非和中国等为主体的国家间的紧密合作；关键词主题聚类提示当前主要研究热点为：艾滋病合并心血管疾病的流行病学特征及危险因素、临床表现以及发病机制、在cART人群中相关疾病负担、艾滋病合并代谢性心血管疾病的发病机制、艾滋病合并慢性肾脏疾病对心血管疾病的影响。结论 本研究通过文献计量分析梳理了艾滋病合并心血管疾病领域的文献，揭示了该领域国家间的科研合作趋势，目前研究专注于流行病学特征，未来研究应聚焦于发表机制和临床治疗方案的优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The objective of this study is to employ bibliometric analysis in order to gain insight into the existing research literature on the relationship between AIDS and cardiovascular diseases. This approach is intended to facilitate an understanding of the current research status, key areas of focus, and emerging trends within this field.Methods Based on data from the Web of Science Core Collection, literatures published between 2014 and 2023 were retrieved and analyzed using bibliometric methods. The results were visualized using VOSviewer, with a particular focus on publication trends, journal distribution, highly cited papers, international research collaboration networks, and keyword clustering. Results A total of 1 887 literatures were retrieved, of which 108 were from Sino Med and 1 779 were from the Web of Science Core Collection. The majority of Chinese-language literature concentrated on risk factors for comorbid cardiovascular diseases, dyslipidemia, and the application of color Doppler ultrasound. The total number of citations for Englishlanguage literature was 28 462, with an average of 16 citations per item of literature. The United States was responsible for the greatest number of publications. The international collaboration network analysis revealed a high level of cooperation among countries, predominantly involving the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, South Africa, and China. The keywords clustering analysis highlighted major research hotspots, including: the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of AIDS with cardiovascular diseases, the clinical manifestations and pathogenesis, the disease burden in populations undergoing combination antiretroviral therapy, the pathogenesis of AIDS with metabolic cardiovascular diseases, and the influence of chronic kidney disease on AIDS with cardiovascular diseases. Conclusions This study provided a bibliometric overview of the literature on AIDS with cardiovascular diseases, revealing trends in international collaboration in this field. The current research focuses primarily on epidemiological characteristics. Future studies should concentrate on elucidating mechanisms and optimizing clinical treatment strategies.更多还原
