【摘要】 特殊教育专业人才培养是推动特殊教育事业发展的重要保障。通过文献研究法、文本分析法、综合归纳法对当前我国特殊教育专业人才培育现状进行分析，认为存在的问题主要有：缺乏特殊教育教师分级分类标准、全纳教育理念的实践力度不够、缺乏应用性问题为主导的教育体系。研究提出加强特殊教育人才培养的政策保障、树立“教康结合”人才培养理念、注重人才培养的实践性与应用性、增强高校人才培养方案的灵活性、树立终身教育理念五个建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The training of special education talents is an important guarantee to promote the development of special education. Through literature study, textual analysis and comprehensive induction method, this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of special education talents in China and believes that the current problems mainly include the lack of classification standards for special education teachers, insufficient practice of inclusive education concept and lack of application-oriented education system. This paper puts forward five suggestions: strengthening the policy guarantee for special education talents training; establishing the concept of “combining education with health”; paying attention to the practicality and application of talents training, enhancing the flexibility of college talents training programs and establishing the concept of lifelong education.更多还原
