产教融合模式下产品设计专业应用型人才培养的路径探索

【摘要】 随着人工智能和大数据时代的到来,产教融合成为构建新时代产品设计应用型专业人才的重要途径。以地方院校产品设计专业为例,结合专业教学现状与问题,在新文科背景下,坚持以学生为中心,以现代产业发展为导向、以改革创新为动力,着力于学科交叉、协同育人、创新培养、访企拓岗,推动产业资源赋能专业的课程建设和专业改革,精耕细作产教融合,实现教育和产业的紧密联合,提升学生的综合素质和实践能力,为跨学科、创新性的高质量应用型人才培养打下基础。

【Abstract】 With the advent of the era of artificial intelligence and big data, industry and education integration has become an important approach to building new era application-oriented professional talents in product design. Taking the product design major in local colleges and universities as an example, this paper combines the current situation and problems of professional teaching with the background of new liberal arts education. It adheres to the student-centered principle, takes the modern industrial development as the orientation, and takes reform and innovation as the driving force. It focuses on interdisciplinary integration, collaborative education, innovative cultivation, enterprise visits and job hunting, and leverages industrial resources to enhance the construction of courses and professional reform. It cultivates students with great care and diligence through industry-education integration, realizing the close integration of education and industry, improving students′ comprehensive quality and practical ability, and laying a foundation for cross-disciplinary, innovative and high-quality application-oriented talents cultivation.
