【Abstract】 The great spirit of party building is the source of the spirit of the Communist Party of China, and it is also the source of vitality for the ideological and political education of college teachers. From a practical logic perspective, integrating the great spirit of party building into the ideological and political education of college teachers is an objective need for college teachers to strengthen their ideals and beliefs, enhance their sense of responsibility, cultivate patriotic feelings, and hone their moral character. From a theoretical logic perspective, the inherent qualities of the great spirit of party building are highly consistent with the educational content of college teachers’ ideological and political education.
