【Abstract】 Apolipoproteins can maintain retinal lipid homeostatic balance by regulating lipoprotein transportation. And maladjusted apolipoprotein levels will result in pathological retinal changes such as chronic inflammation, and lipid deposition, then contribute to the onset and development of retinal diseases. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the functions of Apolipoproteins in multiple retinal diseases. Starting from different subtypes of the apolipoprotein family, this paper summarized the advanced physiological function of apolipoproteins and their roles in the pathogenesis of retinal diseases.更多还原
