【摘要】 体卫融合高质量发展是服务健康中国建设的重要支柱。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法，从发展目标、困境及其纾解策略方面探骊我国体卫融合高质量发展的问题。新发展阶段，体卫融合高质量发展目标是以普惠发展促进深度融合、创新发展促进优质融合、长效发展保障持续健康效应三个维度；其主要现实困境体现在文化环境缺失，素养良莠不齐；部门利益博弈，集成效应不强；行业壁垒高，资源融合不充分；发展模式单一，产业建设滞后；监管体系缺失，质量缺乏保障。聚焦目标导向和问题导向，提出体卫融合高质量发展的纾解策略：筑牢精准有力的制度保障，强化科学发展的理念认同，完善协同融通的运行机制，探索均衡优质的资源配置，推进蓬勃繁荣的市场建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 High-quality development of sports and health integration is the essential requirement for the Chinese path to modernization. In this paper, the goals, difficulties and strategies of the high-quality development were put forward. The goal of high-quality development of sports and health integration mainly included the pursuit of promoting in-depth integration and inclusive development so as to achieve high-quality integration and innovative development, sustaining healthy effect and long-term development. The major difficulties were reflected in the lack of cultural environment, co-existence of good and bad quality, sectoral interest conflicts, weak integration effect, industry barriers, insufficient integration of resources, simplistic development mode, weak industrial development, lack of supervision system and quality assurance etc. Goal-oriented and problem-oriented, strategies could target at building a precise and powerful guarantee system, strengthening the concept of scientific development, perfecting the operation mechanism, exploring the balanced and high-quality resource allocation, and pushing forward the construction of a thriving market.更多还原
