【摘要】 当今时代，网络信息技术发展迅速，其对教育所产生的影响也越来越大。优质网络教学资源是信息化社会产生的新型教学模式，主要是通过课程教学与信息技术之间的有机结合，改变传统教学理念与教学方法，使学生的学习更加个性化。文章基于优质网络教学资源教学引入普通高校武术教学为研究对象，采用文献资料法和专家访谈法，针对优质网络教学引入高校武术教学中存在的一些问题，探讨了优质网络教学资源教学引入普通高校武术教学的理论与方法，并提出了在武术教学中实施网络教学的策略，以更好地提高高校武术教学效果，促进高校信息化教学健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s era,the rapid development of network information technology,its impact on education is also growing.High-quality network teaching resources are a new teaching mode produced in an information society.Through the organic combination of course teaching and information technology,they change the traditional teaching ideas and teaching methods and make students’ learning more personalized.Based on the high-quality network teaching resources,the introduction of Wushu teaching in colleges and universities as the research object,This article USES the literature material method and expert interview method,in view of the high quality network teaching is introduced into the Wushu teaching in colleges and universities,some of the problems in high quality network teaching resources are discussed teaching to introduce the theory and method of the Wushu teaching in common colleges and universities,and puts forward the flip classroom strategies,implemented in Wushu teaching,in order to better achieve the teaching effectiveness of high quality network teaching resources.更多还原
