【摘要】 目的：调查参保居民对慢性病防控服务的医保支付需求和期望，为制定慢性病防控的医保支付策略提供依据。方法：采用多阶段抽样方法选取样本，采用描述性统计方法分析数据。结果：医保支付可以提高参保居民对预防服务、诊疗服务和家庭医生签约服务的利用意愿，居民对减轻慢性病经济负担的期望较高，老年人群和非老年人群的部分需求和期望存在差异。结论：根据实际需求，探索将适宜的预防服务纳入医保支付，完善慢性病门诊保障政策，强化慢性病患者用药保障，通过医保支付支持家庭医生签约服务的落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigates the demands and expectations of medical insurance payment of insured residents for chronic disease prevention and control services, and to provide a basis for the development of medical insurance payment strategies for chronic disease prevention and control. Methods Multi-stage sampling method was used to select samples, and descriptive statistics was used to analyze the data. Results Medical insurance payment could increase the willingness of insured residents to use preventive services, diagnosis and treatment services, and family doctor contracting services. The residents had higher expectations for reducing the economic burden of chronic diseases, and there were differences between the elderly and non-elderly groups in some demands and expectations. Conclusion According to the actual demand, it is necessary explore the inclusion of appropriate preventive services in medical insurance payment, improve the outpatient protection policy for chronic diseases, strengthen the drug protection for chronic disease patients, and support the implementation of family doctor contracting services through medical insurance payment.更多还原
