【摘要】 目的 创建适于中医医院门诊医疗质量评价的指标体系，旨在为提高中医医院医疗服务水平提供参考。方法 在检索中医、门诊医疗医疗质量相关文献基础上，结合日常工作经验，以“结构-过程-结果”三维质量模型为框架，拟定评价中医医院门诊医疗质量体系的条目池；通过2轮专家函询，对门诊医疗质量评价指标体系中的各级指标进行积极性、权威性和协调性等方面的评价与修改。结果 2轮函询专家积极性均为100%，专家函询权威系数Cr分别为0.817和0.860,2轮函询总体指标Kendall’s W系数为分别为0.381和0.266(P均<0.05)。根据专家意见修改后，最终确定的中医医院门诊医疗质量评价指标体系包括3个一级指标、11个二级指标和56个三级指标。结论 本研究所创建某市中医医院门诊医疗质量评价指标体系内容全面、实用、可靠，可为不同级别中医医院门诊同质量化管理、提供连续化高效医疗服务等提供循证依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an index system suitable for the evaluation of outpatient medical quality in TCM hospitals, in order to provide reference for improving the level of medical service in TCM hospitals. Methods On the basis of searching related literature of TCM and outpatient medical quality, combined with daily work experience, and based on the framework of "structure-process-result" three-dimensional quality model, an item pool was developed to evaluate the outpatient medical quality system of TCM hospitals. Through two rounds of expert consultation, the indicators at all levels in the outpatient medical quality evaluation index system were evaluated and modified in terms of enthusiasm, authority and coordination. Results The enthusiasm of experts in the two rounds of consultation was 100%,the authority coefficient Cr of expert consultation was 0.817 and 0.860, and the Kendall’s W coefficient of the overall index of the two rounds of consultation was 0.381 and 0.266(all P<0.05). After modification according to expert opinions, the final evaluation index system of outpatient medical quality in TCM hospitals includes 3 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators and 56 third-level indicators. Conclusion The evaluation index system of outpatient medical quality of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in a city established by this research is comprehensive, practical and reliable, and can provide evidence-based basis for the homogeneous quantitative management of outpatient departments of different levels of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals and the provision of continuous and efficient medical services.更多还原
