【摘要】 目的 分析护士分层管理对护士护理工作的影响。方法 选取2023年1—12月泰安市中心医院23名护理人员为研究对象。2023年1—6月实施传统管理模式，设为对照组；2023年7—12月实施护士分层管理，设为观察组。比较两组护理服务质量、核心能力、管理不良事件发生情况、满意度。结果 观察组护理服务质量、核心能力评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。观察组发生1起护理差错事件，对照组发生6起护理差错事件、1起投诉事件，观察组的管理不良事件少于对照组。观察组满意度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。结论 临床护理工作中实施护士分层管理，有助于强化护士核心能力，保障护理工作质量，有效减少护理风险事件的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the impact of hierarchical management of nurses on nurses work. Methods Twenty-three nursing staff of Tai′an Central Hospital were selected as the study subjects from January to December 2023. The traditional management mode was implemented from January to June 2023, which was set as the control group; and the stratified management of nurses was implemented from July to December 2023, which was set as the observation group.Compared the quality of nursing service, core competence, management adverse events occurrence, and satisfaction between the two groups. Results The quality of nursing services and core competence scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). One nursing error event occurred in the observation group, six nursing error events and one complaint event occurred in the control group, and fewer management adverse events occurred in the observation group than in the control group. The satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of stratified management of nurses in clinical nursing helps to strengthen the core competence of nurses, safeguard the quality of nursing care, and effectively reduce the occurrence of nursing risk events.更多还原
