【摘要】 目的 分析PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action)循环法在耳鼻喉科住院医师规范化培训中的实施效果。方法选取2022年5月—2024年6月长沙市第一医院耳鼻喉科进行住院医师规范化培训的40名住院医师为研究对象。2022年5月—2023年5月开展常规带教法，设为参照组（n=20）;2023年6月—2024年6月开展PDCA循环带教法，设为分析组（n=20）。比较两组考核结果（耳鼻喉科理论考核、耳鼻喉科操作考核）、临床思维能力评分、教学效果满意率。结果 教学后，分析组耳鼻喉科理论考核、耳鼻喉科操作考核分数均高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P均<0.05）。分析组临床思维能力评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。分析组教学效果满意率为100.00%(20/20)，高于参照组的80.00%(16/20)，差异有统计学意义（P=0.035）。结论在耳鼻喉科进行住院医师规范化培训时，常规带教法与PDCA循环带教法均可发挥带教效果，但PDCA更能够改善住院医师的考核结果，并提高其对教学效果的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the implementation effect of PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action) cycle method in the standardized training of otolaryngology residents. Methods From May 2022 to June 2024, a total of 40 residents who received standardized residency training in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of the First Hospital of Changsha were selected as the research objects. From May 2022 to May 2023, the routine teaching method was carried out and set as the reference group(n=20). From June 2023 to June 2024, the PDCA cycle teaching method was carried out and set as the analysis group(n=20). The assessment results(otolaryngology theory assessment, otolaryngology operation assessment), clinical thinking ability score and teaching effect satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching, the scores of otorhinolaryngology theory assessment and otorhinolaryngology operation assessment in the analysis group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05). The clinical thinking ability score of the analysis group was higher than that of the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of teaching effect in the analysis group was 100.00%(20/20), which was higher than 80.00%(16/20) in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.035). Conclusion In the standardized training of residents in the department of otolaryngology, both the conventional teaching method and the PDCA cycle teaching method can play a teaching effect, but PDCA can better improve the assessment results of the residents and improve their satisfaction rate with the teaching effect.更多还原
