PDCA循环管理模式用于检验科仪器设备管理的效果
Effect of PDCA Cycle Management Mode Used in the Management of Laboratory Instruments and Equipment
【摘要】 目的 分析PDCA循环管理模式用于检验科仪器设备管理的效果。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月滕州市妇幼保健院的13名检验科工作人员为研究对象。按照管理方式不同分成常规组(2023年1—6月实施常规管理模式)和研究组(2023年7月—2024年1月实施PDCA循环管理模式),两组均为同一批工作人员。比较两组工作人员综合能力评分、管理满意度;同期每组各纳入63份仪器设备,比较两组工作人员对仪器设备管理质量评分、每月维修率。结果 常规组管理满意度为84.62%(11/13),低于研究组的100.00%(13/13)。研究组综合能力评分(理论知识、技能操作、档案书写)均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组的仪器设备管理质量(仪器设备无损坏、仪器设备检查、维护仪器设备)评分均高于常规组,研究组每月维修率低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 在检验科实施PDCA循环管理模式能有效减少仪器设备维修频率,提高工作人员综合实力,提高强仪器设备管理质量。
【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA cycle management mode in the management of laboratory instruments and equipment. Methods A total of 13 laboratory staff selected from Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. According to the different management methods, they were divided into the routine group(routine management mode was implemented from January to June 2023) and the study group(PDCA cycle management mode was implemented from Junly 2023 to Janury 2024), 13cases in each group. The comprehensive ability score and management satisfaction of the two groups were compared.During the same period, 63 instruments and equipment were included in each group, and the quality score of instrument and equipment management and monthly maintenance rate were compared between the two groups. Results The management satisfaction of the routine group was 84.62%(11/13), which was lower than 100.00%(13/13) of the study group. The comprehensive ability(theoretical knowledge, skill operation, file writing) scores of the study group were higher than those of the routine group, and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The scores of equipment without damage, equipment inspection and maintenance in the study group were higher than those in the routine group, and the monthly maintenance rate in the study group was lower than that in the routine group, the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of PDCA cycle management mode in the laboratory can effectively reduce the maintenance frequency of instrument and equipment, improve the comprehensive strength of staff, and strengthen the quality of instrument and equipment management.
